Yes! he fucked up and hit Simon Cowley a fellow swimmer. Yes! they were both intoxicated when it happened, but why is that a strong enough reason to ban him from competing for Australia at the Beijing Olympics?

Aussie footballers deck each other on a regular basis, how do they get penalised? They may get a few games out, we don’t give them a life time ban. They’re trying to tell D’arcy his Olympic dream is over, but I hope he keeps fighting to overturn their decision.
