The verdict?
The statistics have come in and since the tax hike on alcopops was placed, yes there has been a drop in the consumption of Alcopops by 29.7% but the consumption of pure spirits has gone up by an alarming 45.6% and the over all consumption of alcohol has gone up by a huge over 10%.
Talk about a big backfire!

Not sure how long that will last, this comes attached with a 4th woman coming forward about her affair with good old Woods, TMZ reports;
TMZ has learned the alleged mistress — that’s number four on your scorecards — claims this relationship didn’t originate in Vegas, it started near Tiger’s home in Orlando.
The women — a former VIP cocktail server (sounds familiar) — has hired Orlando attorney Michael O’Quinn to address the media with her story very soon.
