First wardrobe malfunction took place upon arriving to her ex-boyfriend Ed Simons’ house in London, where her left breast broke free from her clothes as she got out of her car. Lily tried to recover from her faux pas, though it was tough as she was smoking a cigarette and holding a mobile phone in one hand, and toting a shopping bag in the other.
