Tania Zaetta is pulling out the big guns!

You may of missed the controversy  but when Zaetta went to entertain our troops in Afghanistan, instead of being praised was attacked by the media and the defence departments for allegedly having sex with the troops.

There have been apologies but nothing that really has repaired what was tainted by the circus that was created, so she’s taking action.

Zaetta is suing Nationwide News for defamation, claiming she is entitled to aggravated damages and costs, particularly because the article gives rise to imputations that are not true. The article had injured Zaetta’s credit, reputation and occupation and brought her into “public scandal, odium and contempt”, a statement of claim before the Supreme Court says.
