Lisa Mitchell was kicked off Australian Idol and I think that’s exactly how it should of stayed. Every time that “Coined Laundry” song comes on, I cringe and turn off whatever I happen to be hearing it on.
Maybe I’m old and grumpy, but depressive, dark, weird music that she produces gives me the damn creeps.
Mitchell is currently touring to promote her self-penned debut album, Wonder.
Oh yay!

Sex, drugs, cheating do not equal marriage!
Personally, I think this is nearly as bad as the Bill Clinton, Monica Lewinsky drama with more and more details surfacing on a daily basis about Tiger Woods numerous affairs.
There’s rumours that one of the many girls has a sex tape, that she will not release.
Not sure how long that will last, this comes attached with a 4th woman coming forward about her affair with good old Woods, TMZ reports;
TMZ has learned the alleged mistress — that’s number four on your scorecards — claims this relationship didn’t originate in Vegas, it started near Tiger’s home in Orlando.
The women — a former VIP cocktail server (sounds familiar) — has hired Orlando attorney Michael O’Quinn to address the media with her story very soon.

Old and grumpy doesn’t cover the half of it.
Lisa Mitchell is incredibly talented.
Her music is magical, exciting, and different. “Depressive, dark and weird” would be the last description I’d attach to her album.
And having seen her ‘Wonder’ tour live, I can attest to the fact that she is brilliant on both the guitar and piano as well, and is the most charming and enchanting little performer I ever did see.
Lisa Mitchell does NOT suck.
