Lindsay Lohan Is Now Too SICK To Appear In Court!(Wink, Wink)

Our favourite fame whore Lindsay Lohan is due in an L.A. in less than 24 hours & it looks like the D-List celeb is going to be a no show as Lilo’s new lawyer has just filed papers in Hollywood stating that the actress is too “Sick” to appear in court!
Lilo, according to her Park Avenue doctor has an “upper respiratory infection who can’t fly for her own safety as well as the public’s” the lawyer also has reportedly given the court an article from a NYC newspaper saying that the Big Apple has been hit with a flu epidemic. This of course hasn’t stopped Blowhan as she was papped late yesterday looking fine & shopping up a storm in Soho.so the judge in Lilo’s case is NOT impressed & if can be proven that Lohan is lying she will issue an arrest warrant as early as Thursday morning..
Linds if your excuse is being sick at least stay indoors & try to pretend to be not having a good time ;)
