Aussie songstress Delta Goodrem headlined the 2013 Sydney Mardi Gras after-party this weekend which saw thousands of people & B-List celebs flock to Oxford street to watch the 100 floats that were a part of the official Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras parade on it’s 35th anniversary!
Before hitting the stage at 2am Delta told the media “”I’ve had so many of my friends being so excited about being a part of such a wonderful event, While I can’t wait to thrive on stage and put on a great performance, I want to feel like it is a celebration and make sure that I’m up there celebrating with everybody,” then pissed off 20,000 gays by only giving a tacky performance that reportedly only went for 14 minutes singing “Born To Try” & “Lost Without You” then tweeted “Oh what a night ;) xox” Maybe Mardi Gras just didn’t have the cash for Kylie Minogue this year? Although they could have gone the the much cheaper version that is Dannii ;)
