Jennifer Hawkins launches Cozi

Our little supermodel Jennifer Hawkins launches Cozi, her new swimsuit label last night.

“I really wanted bold colours and yellow is just a colour I associate with summer,” she said of the bikinis.

But it wasn’t all fun and games for the ex Miiss Universe, “I was nervous but there was also an adrenalin rush,” Hawkins said after the launch at the Entertainment Quarter in Sydney last night.

Mark Priestley passes away at age 32

Mark Priestley, best known for his role as Dan Goldman on channel 7’s All Saints has been found dead in awful circumstances, on the awning of a building in Market Street on Wednesday afternoon.

It is a very sad and sudden loss for his family, friends and the cast members and crew at Channel 7.

Mark Priestley was reportedly suffering from depression.

It is such a shame that something like this happened to such a young, dynamic, good looking, vibrant and great actor. He will be sadly missed by all and I wish anyone that knew him my deepest regards.

Depression affects many people in today’s society. If you or someone you know needs information or support about suffering with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or postnatal depression, please call BeyondBlue on 133 224 636. For suicide prevention, please call Lifeline 13 11 14.

Snoop Dogg might be let into Australia

There has been huge controversy surrounding Snoop Dogg’s return to Australia. The word is that the Australian government is very reluctant to let him in due to his colourful history.

But will the Aussies let the slick weed smoking rap machine back in?

The immigration department said Wednesday it was conducting a character assessment of Snoop Dogg, including his criminal history, as Australia considers whether to grant the rapper a visa for a concert tour later this year.

He said the rapper, whose birth name is Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr., applied for a visa in July and the department carried out a preliminary assessment. Snoop Dogg and fellow hip-hop star Ice Cube plan an Australian concert tour in October.

So in other words, there’s a chance he’s coming with the gang!
