Tania Zaetta is suing The Daily Telegraph

Tania Zaetta is suing The Daily Telegraph

Tania Zaetta is pulling out the big guns!

You may of missed the controversy  but when Zaetta went to entertain our troops in Afghanistan, instead of being praised was attacked by the media and the defence departments for allegedly having sex with the troops.

There have been apologies but nothing that really has repaired what was tainted by the circus that was created, so she’s taking action.

Zaetta is suing Nationwide News for defamation, claiming she is entitled to aggravated damages and costs, particularly because the article gives rise to imputations that are not true. The article had injured Zaetta’s credit, reputation and occupation and brought her into “public scandal, odium and contempt”, a statement of claim before the Supreme Court says. Last week in the Supreme Court Nationwide News elected to have the case heard by a jury. It was adjourned to October

Perrys kissed a girl and parents don’t like it!

Perrys kissed a girl and parents don’t like it!

No cherry flavour on parents lips after hearing Katy Perrys worldwide hit catchy pop song titled “I kissed a girl and I like it”

But the mother who is most pissed is Katy Perry’s. Perrys Mother Mary Hudson is calling the song “shameful and disgusting”. The mother is ashamed by her daughter who was once a gospel singer and was against homosexuality, which the song clearly encourages.

The worst part is that Katy Perry only”kissed a girl” last week for the first time, pretty lame!

Haven’t seen it? make your own decision, check it out the video

Mary J. Blige stole tunes, including iPod ad

Mary J. Blige stole tunes, including iPod ad

Mary J. Blige has been sued in New York for $2 million by a company that says she stole some of the music she used on her latest hit album, including one used on an iPod commercial.

The lawsuit claims the company suffered copyright infringement because the singer’s “Growing Pains” album contains the song “Work That.” The suit says the song was created by a producer who worked for the company at the time.

The song was featured with a silhouetted Blige in an iPod commercial. Apple Inc. isn’t named in the lawsuit.
